Dates - August 21-27, 2009

Camp - Tuttulik Outfitters "Camp Ours" camp on Lake Minto, Quebec
Cost - $4,895.00 (if booked with a $1,250.00 minimum deposit by August 1, 2007)
Payments - $1,250.00 deposit, $1,250 Feb 15, 2009, $1,250.00 April 15, 2009,
balance due June 15th, 2009.

Hunt Type - Fly-in camp - Bowhunting Only group of Tag-A-Long clients
Openings - limited to ten (first come first served)

Departure Point - Montreal

Included in the package:

Flights to/from Montreal to staging area

One night lodging in Montreal before the hunt

Secure parking lot in Montreal for those driving

Flights to/from staging area to camp

Five full days of hunting

GST and QST Canadian Visitor Taxes (rebates applied)

Sleeping bags and/or bedding supplied

60 lb. gear allowed plus "carry on" of Max 10 lb. going in

Flying out of two record book racks each client (whole) with assurance of entry

Racks not entered (but flown whole) will be assessed $150.00 each shipping

Preparation of one caribou cape (by camp staff)

Boned hind quarters and back straps (front quarters donated)

190 lb. (including gear) shipped out to Montreal

All meals and camp cook

Insulated camps, quality accommodations, oil heat. hot showers

Emergency satellite phone service

Plastic meat boxes, antler wrap, and salt

Combined fishing (licenses extra)

Camp manager and assistant with boats to help move clients around

Camp is on Lake Minto, with great access to the famous Leaf River Herd

Not Included:

Travel expenses to and from Montreal and client's home

Additional expenses during unexpected layovers (bad weather)

Second cape ($100.00 surcharge, $50.00 prep, $50.00 shipping)

Caribou hunting license

Bear or fishing license

Anything else not covered on the "included" list above
